Sartle Remix: The Life of Pablo by Kanye West Part Three

Be the first to vote…

Welcome to Part Three of the Sartle Remix for The Life of Pablo. We’re celebrating Kanye, Picasso, and artistic genius in general with Yeezy’s new lyrics over great works of art. And, with 18 glorious songs’ worth of lyrics to choose from, we’ve been having a lot of fun so far.

Word is, Kanye’s working on an album to release this summer. Say what you want of the man, but that’s work ethic. If you can’t wait for that, and you don’t want to pay for Tidal, and maybe you’re one of the ones that got screwed over on the album’s release, we’ve got your back. See below to continue the Pablo journey and witness the next stop on this marvelous, crazy/horny train that is Kanye’s creativity. Previously: Parts one and two

Of course, this is NSFW (unless you work at Sartle). Plan and act accordingly.

Song: Waves
Art: Dempsey and Firpo by George Bellows at the Whitney Museum of American Art

Song: FML
Art: The Execution of Emperor Maximilian of Mexico by Edouard Manet at the Art Gallery of Mannheim

Song: Wolves
Art: Good Enough to Eat by Margaret Harrison at the Tate Britain

Song: Silver Surfer Intermission
Art: The Great Wave off Kanagawa by Katsushika Hokusai at the Met

That’s it for this time around. Be sure to check back for Part Four to find out how this insanity ends. See you at the finale!
